About the Jusoor Program

The Jusoor program helps top performing Emirati students from across the UAE, who are in their final year of higher education, to find the right opportunities and succeed in the private sector. We offer hard and soft skill trainings, career guidance, coaching and mentoring sessions, support during the job search as well as direct assistance in finding internship opportunities in the private sector;all to help you thrive from your first day of the job. Jusoor is funded jointly by Aldar and Sandooq Al Watan.

Admission is competitive and there is no charge to the participants.
